The far right site Breitbart is reporting that “another rating company has downgraded the US” in relation to the Federal Reserves move.
Just one problem. This so called “ratings company”, Egan-jones, is the joke of the financial world. They were under investigation by the SEC for two years, with charges being filed 5 or so months ago for falsifying statements related to the very basis of them becoming a ratings company, among numerous other charges.
